RM Sederhana previously announced plans to offer approximately 40 Padang dishes. The selection extends beyond rendang to dishes such as dendeng batokok, ayam pop, grilled chicken, gulai tunjang, curried eggs, potato fritters, green sambal, vegetables and other Padang-style choices.
Menus may change according to operations and ingredient availability. To preserve the distinctive flavour, key spice bases are prepared through the central kitchen in Indonesia, while fresh ingredients are sourced from Australian suppliers.
